eIDAS

PleaseSign is compliant with the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014) and is the solution to collect digital signatures from anywhere and on any device.

Privacy Policy

PleaseSign Europe takes its privacy obligations seriously and is committed to ensuring that it handles personal information in accordance with current European regulation.

Legality Statement

Under European law, a handwritten signature is no longer the only way to be bound to a contract or agreement. Contracts are generally considered legally binding when parties reach an agreement, whether they agree verbally, electronically or on a physical paper document.

Court-admissible Audit Logs

PleaseSign’s court-admissible and tamper-evident Certificates of Authenticity contain a comprehensive audit trail that list every action that occurred on a document with a verifiable time-stamp to provide defensible proof of access, review and signature.

Acceptable Use Policy

We encourage customers to make full use of the PleaseSign Service to send and sign documents electronically. From time to time PleaseSign may allow customers to exceed the usage parameters outlined in their service level agreement.

Permissions

The most essential feature within the PleaseSign Service is your ability to control, and report on the access granted to the documents sent by your Organisation, and to securely send documents to the intended recipients.

Incident Reporting

At PleaseSign we believe you own your data, and we’re committed to keeping it private and secure. Outlined in our Privacy Policy you can find how we handle and protect your data from unauthorised parties.
